I've often felt that a time will come (as well as a need) for an asian-American liberation theology. Mind you, it won't be as pained as that of Black or Latin American but nonetheless I see this as a necessary direction for the future of the Asian-Am church. There are gonna be some voices that are gonna stand out and exegete society along with Scripture. We already see it happening in the likes of guys like Eugene Cho and some of the other "characters" who lurk around here :) May we be such catalysts for change in the years to come. I wish I were on the east coast to be a part of asianamergence. Give me a few years and I'll join u guys... What a great post.
